
Michelle Harris
Michelle is a secondary school teacher and was introduced to mindfulness in 2016, through MiSP’s .b foundations course. This learning experience was life changing and the key motivation to bringing the .b curriculum and mindfulness to students, colleagues and parents within her school community. Michelle is also an adult mindfulness teacher and trained to teach MBSR and MBCT-L through Bangor CMRP and the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation. With a professional background in movement and dance, she is also passionate about exploring mindfulness to foster a deeper understanding of the connection between the mind and our physical body. This combined with a strong commitment to her personal practice, Michelle also endeavours to cultivate her teaching with a conscious awareness towards diversity and inclusivity, to help support and nurture greater wellbeing for young people.
