Sunday Retreat

A nourishing day of practice with BAMBA-registered teachers Michelle Harris, Lucy Ranger, Kalyana Bliss, Nicholas Hammond, and Christoph Spiessens.

As “rebels” in their own unique ways, they bring a fresh, inclusive approach to guiding mindfulness practice.

They have co-facilitated MMF retreats before to glowing reviews, and you can expect a welcoming, compassionate, trauma- and neuro-affirming approach to exploring traditional and newer practices.

Good to know: Our retreat meets BAMBA’s Good Practice Guidelines and contributes towards annual retreat requirements.
